This position is responsible for prospecting, offering solutions, and servicing clients. In addition to your natural market, a steady stream of “warm leads” will be provided. Requirements

  • Property & Casualty License

  • Confident, organized, and motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines

  • Technical ability to navigate online tools and efficiently manage client data & lead opportunities

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, advisors, carriers, and Barnum leaders

  • Highly effective written and oral communication skills

  • Professional and service-oriented phone etiquette

  • Team collaboration with a growth mindset

  • Prior sales experience is a plus

Job Objectives

  • Conduct needs-based policy reviews as the client's trusted advisor

  • Match client needs with the appropriate insurance coverage

  • Run comparative insurance quotes, leveraging EZ Lynx

  • Present options to clients with recommendations

  • Build strong relationships with clients to maintain a high level of client service

  • Calling and converting leads, and engaging in lead generating activities

  • Develop relationships with Financial Advisors who refer their clients for P&C
